In general, we have 2 kinds of line accoridng to ur raw materials and final granules: (1)SJZ51/105 Conical Twin Screw Extruder+ ONCE STAGE FAN COOLING (2) SJZ65/132 Conical Twin Screw Extruder + THREE STAGE FAN COOLING INCLUDE STORAGE a.main granulator part: motor 22kw, 37kw, 45kw with SIEMENS contactor and switch, JAPAN NSK breaing, YISU self-manufacture electric control panel. b. main cutting granules: which is the most important part for this line, we have specialized cutting knife to become international standard size: 3mmx3mm granules. c. three stage fan cooling: we can choose one stage, two-stage, or three-stage to cool, also can equip with vibrating sieve to choose qualitygranules for our customers. d. additionally: you can choose other auxiulary machines, such as SRLZ-200/500 HOT & COOL MIXER UNIT, plastic crusher machine, plastic grinding machine to make PVC powders.
